Welcome to  Masons Creek, an intimate community of 73 townhomes in north Sandy
Springs, Georgia.  Our community is close to the Chattahoochee River and its parks, along with easy access to GA 400 and Roswell Rd.  We are centrally located between two excellent shopping areas: the Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody and the North Point Mall in Alpharetta, and all the restaurants, shops and activities they have to offer. 

Masons Creek is just 15-20 minutes from Buckhead and Midtown where you can experience some of the best dining and nightlife in the city.  Downtown Atlanta is just a few minutes further where you’ll find cultural & sports activities, shopping, parks and other events.

We are a gated swim and tennis community with a clubhouse and common areas featuring beautiful trees and landscaping, a gazebo, and plenty of dog walking space.  We are also adjacent to Sandy Springs Middle School which serves grades 6-8 in the Fulton County Schools district.

We are fortunate to have members volunteer their time to manage our Association; the Board meets monthly (usually the third Wednesday) and is open to homeowners.  There is an annual meeting of all homeowners and active committees which provide opportunities for members to get involved in efforts to improve our community. Additionally, our community has warm and friendly neighbors who often gather at the pool or walk the neighborhood in the evening.

This information helps our Association properly maintain a reserve fund for items that are necessary to maintain our community.
